From quiet, emotional exchanges to full dance floor chaos, I capture the day with confidence, intention, and calm—no matter the venue, weather, or curveballs thrown along the way.

About Me

Hi, I’m Daven - your wedding day hero with a very large camera. I blend in like one of your guests so you can forget I’m there and enjoy the day. No awkward posing, no forced moments, just real laughs, real emotion, and all the perfectly messy in-between moments that actually matter.

I’ve photographed over 350+ weddings, was named Wedding Photographer of the Year 2024, and I’ve lived the planning chaos myself. My wife, Caoimhe, and I planned our own wedding in August 2025, so I know exactly how a wedding day really unfolds. I know when to step in, when to keep things moving, and when to disappear completely so the magic can happen.

He had everything down to a tee on the day and got shots from every angle imaginable with so many candid shots of our guests. Daven, what can I say what a lovely person. From the moment we booked you for our wedding day we were so happy with the service he provided, he was so professional and always at the other end of the phone if we needed him. From the moment we met Daven, he went above and beyond. We got married on April 19th 2025 and he made the whole experience so easy. We are not used to getting photographs taken so this was really out of our comfort zone but Daven made everything so easy and comfortable. We were having a movie themed wedding so when we brought him the idea of taking our couple and bridal party photos in our local cinema, we loved that he seemed to be just as excited about this idea as we were. Daven photographed our wedding on 4th April 2025. He was a breeze to work with from day 1. He understood what we wanted (and didn't want) perfectly. We were both apprehensive about the potential awkward "posing" we would have to do on the day but Daven's style was perfect for us. He captured the nicest candid shots and didn't make us do any forced poses. Everything was so natural and comfortable. He blended in so well to a very busy house on the wedding morning and we didn't even notice he was at the reception! And yet he captured every bit of it. Would highly recommend Daven to anyone looking for a very easy going but professional and brilliant photgrapher. So so good at what he does. And the fact he is a cat lover just tops it off!
