From the moment we found Daven’s website, we had a really good feeling that he would be the right photographer for us. His natural, candid-style photography captured our attention immediately. We had a pre-wedding shoot earlier in the year which was such a fun day - it gave us the opportunity to get to know Daven and also get used to being in front of the camera. Both of which paid off as by the time our wedding came around, seeing Daven again was almost like greeting an old friend. He blended in seamlessly during our ceremony and captured some beautiful moments of our family and friends. We both had a blast walking around Kilkenny with him for our couple’s shoot and somehow managed to avoid the rain! We also have to give him a special shout out for being so kind and patient during our group photos. The final portraits are beautiful and will be treasured by our guests for years to come. However, the highlight of the day has to be our first-look. We opted to have this instead of morning prep and it was the best decision we made. If there is one final compliment we can give to Daven, it’s that he perfectly captured the pure joy and emotion from those quiet moments and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

“We recently got married and we’re lucky enough to have found Daven online to photo our big day. We were surprised and delighted to find out he offered a pre wedding shoot , this was brilliant as it gave us a chance to meet and get to know Daven before the wedding day. He also suggested some great locations close to us for the shoot and he was willing to travel quite a distance for it.. our minds were so at ease once we met him, he was so fun and easygoing but has a great eye to find the perfect photo background. When it came to the wedding day he was there before time and made everything so easy. He was everywhere and nowhere at the same time, he got all the photos but was never in the way. Our photos got to us quickly afterwards and are off the highest quality. We couldn’t recommend Daven enough, he’s the best.
